White Chicken Chili
4 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
1 can chicken broth
2 cups cream of chicken soup
2 cans white navy beans (undrained)
2 cans white shoe peg corn
1/2 pound velveeta with chili or plain
1 can Rotel tomato with green chili (do not drain)
1 medium onion diced
Cook chicken ( either roast, broil or boil) remove bones and shred with a fork. Mix chicken broth, soups and all other ingredients then add the shredded chicken to the pot. Cook for four hours.Enjoy!
