California salad

Recipe Details:

Lettuce
Red Onion
Avocado
Chunks of Cheese (Munster, cheddar, whatev)
Candied walnuts
Mandarin slices (or very sweet oranges)
Red bell pepper
Cucumber

Vinaigrette
spoon Dijon mustard
spoon honey
spoon balsamic vinegar
spoon red wine vinegar
spoon peanut oil
spoon walnut oil (or olive)

Mix oils in last (so mustard will dissolve)

Toss vinaigrette into salad and serve!
*It is very important to use fresh flavorful citrus fruit. No watery oranges
