2 oz high quality dark chocolate
about 10 large marshmallows
1 package of graham crackers
Move oven rack to lowest position. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. To melt chocolate, either use a double-boiler or melt in a saucepan over very very low heat. Stir chocolate frequently. When chocolate has melted, pour into a 4 oz ramekin. Place marshmallows in an 8 oz ramekin loosely packed. Place in the middle of the oven until the top has browned and the center has softened, 4 minutes. To serve, set out the chocolate and marshmallow ramekins and a plate of graham crackers. For each símore, spread chocolate and then marshmallow onto a graham cracker. Serve while hot. Serves 2.
